A Short Moment for the Student:

The time spent studying art at school may seem quite long to some. Eventually, however, in the life of a successful artist, it appears just like an episode – a short moment. At the same time, it is quite possible that for some students the participation in this exhibition, in such a prestigious space, it could be their first and last exhibition, therefore also a short moment in their art career.

A Short Moment for the Visitors:

A long time ago someone said that if a visitor of the Hermitage Museum stood in front of each painting for one minute, he/she would end up spending 100 years there. We will not ask that of anyone. The moving format of the exhibition is organized in a way that it appears as a short moment to view a painting, nevertheless it may still be a greater amount of time than a classical art exhibition offers, where visitors come, turn on their heals and check off another exhibition visit on their list in the guide to fine art.

A Short Moment for the Curator:

For a short moment, it seemed to us that we will be presenting the best works from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno, but everything changed in a moment. During this time of omnipresent dissolution of egos, we are also dissolving and exhibiting everything that congregated for the exhibition. All participants have a ticket to the railway of art. And it is simply up to them to choose to get off the train just outside of Prague in Buštěhrad or in Dresden.
